These Terms apply to all users of N-yla.com. By using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site.
2. Consumer Rights (NL & EU)
If you reside in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU, you are entitled to:
A 14-day right of withdrawal (“herroepingsrecht”) from the date you receive your order.
A full refund if the product is returned in unused, original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

3. Products & Orders
All product descriptions, images, and prices on N-yla.com are provided to the best of our ability. However:
We reserve the right to correct errors at any time.
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Orders are processed through Shopify Payments, which ensures safe and encrypted transactions (PCI-compliant).
4. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands.
Orders shipped outside the Netherlands within Europe incur a flat €4 shipping fee.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery is estimated within 1–2 business days after processing.
No deliveries are made to freight forwarding addresses or P.O. boxes.

5. Exchanges & Faulty Items
If you're in the Netherlands, we offer free exchanges within 14 days for the same product in a different color/variant. Replacements take approximately 5 business days after we receive your return.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A photo or video of the issue
A brief description
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.
6. Privacy & GDPR
We collect personal data only for order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing (with consent). All data is processed under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Bring the dispute before the appropriate court in the Netherlands
