By purchasing from N-yla, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding returns:

Return Eligibility:

Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition with all original packaging, labels, and accessories included.

Items returned without original packaging may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

Used or damaged items due to misuse.

Items returned outside the 14-day return window.

Personalized or clearance items (unless defective upon arrival).

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

N-yla is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@n-yla.com with photos and your order number so we can assist you quickly.
